We are unable to give shipping quotes until you confirm your intent to purchase by checking out, and using the link to send the "request total from seller" from the check out page. Then I will send you an invoice that will include the correct shipping & handling amount. We combine shipping, and we charge the same amount the post office charges us, plus a modest $2.00 handling fee to help cover shipping expenses.
Your invoice is due upon receipt of the confirmed shipping costs, and no later then 7 days from the end of the auction or BIN date.
We usually issue refunds on overpayment of more then 2.00 on shipping and handling, however we reserve the right to refuse a refund if you pay shipping and handling before it's confirmed, or if it's an excessive amount, which would indicate fraud.

Money Orders:
We prefer and accept US Postal Service money orders in US denomination only. All others will be returned to you and delay shipment of your item.
We accept PayPal:
Pay with MasterCard, Visa, Amex, or Discover card through PayPal. All Items must be delivered to the address on the ebay Transaction Details page when using PayPal. This is for the PayPal seller protection policy. We cannot allow any exceptions. Sorry, we do not accept e-checks.
Credit Cards:
We accept MasterCard, Visa, or a debit card with the MasterCard or visa logo.
We have our own merchant account with North American Bancard, and we use the WAY Systems Mobile Transaction Terminal for credit card processing.
When you use eBay checkout for your purchase, indicate that you will pay by a credit card, and include your phone number, and the time of day you prefer to be called. When I call I will need your Credit card number, and the expiration date. All of the other information is already provided when you checkout.
Here's how it works; your credit card number is entered into the credit card processing terminal, and the sale is authorized. Then two sales receipts will be printed out. One is for our records, and the other is your copy, which is stapled to your packing slip, and included in the box with your items.
To avoid any confusion please note that your sales receipt will have our business name on it, which is K-N-D-Collectibles. Your receipt will only show the last 4 numbers of your credit card for security purposes.

Our Guarantee Policies:
Our merchandise has a 7-day money back guarantee if unopened, and if the item is not as described. Just email us for a return authorization number, and when it's approved you may send the item back. You will be notified by email when the item is received. Upon receipt of the returned item, your money will be refunded.
There is no restocking fee if the item is being returned because of our error, however there will be a restocking fee of 15% of the purchase price for all other returns. Sorry we do not accept items that have been opened.
You will be responsible for any and all shipping charges, tariffs and duties if they apply, and all returned Items require insurance.
The Manufacturer of the product will handle all warranty claims for new merchandise. We can assist you with the manufacturers contact information if needed.
International & Domestic shipping policies:
Multiple Items won by the same buyer will be combined for lower shipping costs!
We package up your item or items as if we were shipping eggs! We make sure the box we ship your item in is big enough to allow for enough packaging material under, around and on top of the item for plenty of cushioning.
We then completely cover the postage label, (except the bar code) with tape, so there is no chance of it coming off, or the addresses getting smeared and ruined. We also include a packing slip with the return and send to addresses.
All domestic packages will be shipped by USPS priority mail and have delivery confirmation.
All international packages will be shipped by USPS Priority mail International, and have proof of mailing by way of a scanned copy of the senders custom form receipt, which has been stamped with the date received by the USPS.
Insurance and signature confirmation are required for orders of $250.00 or more.
Insurance is not required for orders under $250.00, however we highly recommend it, because we are not responsible for your package once it has been shipped. Remember that without insurance, there's nothing we can do about lost mail except provide proof we mailed it. (Proof of mailing is available upon request.)
All items mailed without insurance are done so at the buyers risk.

International buyers are responsible for insurance if it applies, all tariff and duties, and are required to pay through PayPal, and provide a phone number for the custom form.
It is our policy to use USPS Priority mail International, and to mark other on the custom form with a generic explanation of the contents, and to put a value that is the same as the actual sold for price.
